I have the same problem with it that I have with .box - the .nice TLD
creates restrictive policies about what can and cannot be on the TLD. 

If I wanted to create shawtys.nice and make a porn site, that should be
my choice and the TLD should simply be there to provide the service of
their TLD. It is for webhosts to enforce policy... not the TLD itself,
providing the domain isn't creating undue stress to the sever.

The questions I ask myself when evaluating a TLD is "Can wikileaks get
a .*" and "can tormovies.org get one"

If the answer is yes to both, I am generally okay with it :)
