I just finished off another round of code updates for the status page --

For those who do NOT have javascript enabled, all of the menu options are now 
handled by standard HREF tags.  You will not be able to expand/collapse the 
country zones by clicking on them, but you can use the filter menu to change 
what areas are expanded.  Please let me know if anything does not work.

For user with javascript, all features should still operate the same.  I have 
made the additional change of using javascript to grab your local timezone and 
change the displayed timestamps to match your area.  This should also adjust for 
DST where applicable.  I am aware that there are some timezones which are 
adjusted by 15- or 30-minutes, rather than the one-hour adjustments between most 
zones.  For these zones, the time stamps will still show in UTC.  The amount of 
javascript that would be required to reformat the page around the required 
adjustments would make the page way too large.

And finally, I believe the changes have fixed all the problems I was seeing with 
menu selections not working on the first click.  Everything should now work as 
expected... you click an item, and the change happens.  If anyone sees problems 
with this still, please let me know.
