I have ordered a new VPS at Netrouting (http://www.netrouting.nl), which is
in fact reselling from XenEurope (http://www.xeneurope.co.uk). The prices
are low and the service is good.

This new T2 is located in Netherlands : 109.235.51.12

It seems pretty stable so far.
