Effective Jan. 15, 2012, the .com and .net registry operator will increase
the fee for new registration, renewal, and transfer of all .com and .net
domain names:
The .com domain names will go up by $1.30/yr. That will bring the
registration fee from the current $9.75 to $11.05 per year.
The .net domain names will go up by $0.60/yr. That will bring the
registration fee from the current $7.45 to $8.05 per year.
Effective Feb. 1, 2012, the .biz registry operator will increase the fee for
new registration, renewal and transfer of all .biz domain names.
The .biz domain names will go up by $0.55. That will bring the registration
fee from the current $9.95 to $10.50 per year.


we need to increase our .tld portfolio. to make opennic more attractive to
customers, that will help to increase users, tier servers, and dns operators
using opennic.
