Correct, but the domain is closer to freespeech.free, actually exactly like 
that. ; ) I took Amrit's advice & spoke with my local isp. Their tech guy 
said they can & will help. He said they only need info on the opennic tier 1 
servers, & now that wikipedia is no longer blacked out, that's what i'll do.

And you want to access it through some address like http://www.banana.bar?
And at the moment you can access it through IP but not through any such 
address?
