Then something is wrong. You have version 0.2.3?

You should see T2s starting to appear after just a few seconds.

So you ran the installer, then you right-click to OpenNIC Task Tray
Applet->Settings...->Resolver Pool, and it shows you only the T1s?

In the upcoming 2.4 beta I am improving the logging capabilities to help
track down such issues.

Also I'm making it a little smarter about re-trying. In the 2.3 release
and prior, if it does not get all the T2s on the first shot (i think it
was a 10 second timeout), then it will never try again untill the
service is restarted. In 2.4 it will be smarter.

Also can you be sure that the "DIG.EXE" file is present in the /Program
Files/OpenNIC folder? Currently the service uses DIG.EXE to assist in
the bootstrap. The service has it's own DNS client built-in that it uses
for measuring response time, bit it currently still uses DIG for
bootstrapping from the T1s.

I'll probably have 2.4 up on sourceforge some time later today or evening.
