New improved, now with %10 more brain:

- Mostly focused on improving usability.
- Added a 'Journal' tab to the task tray applet in order to capture
output from the service.
- Reduction in CPU overhead.
- Added more brain(tm) power.

Barring any major show-stopper type problems, I'm just going to let this
release soak for a little while until I've accumulated enough feedback
to start making a wide release candidate.
