Hi all,

I got 2 ideas in this:

1) make the poll such, that one cannot see the result unless one has 
voted. Otherwise, after the first ten has voted, the rest only looks at 
the poll result but does not vote
2) why not make an applicant's guidebook for someone who want a TLD? I 
am writing one for Alt Root foundation....and Icann has one. I presume 
we all hate Icann's with 300 pages, but appr. 10 pages could be useful..
