I will be proposing a new TLD soon which puts focus on privacy and freedom, I
would be very against a requirement to add whois to the TLD. I think for
non-controversial TLDs like .geek or .free -- yeah they can (and probably
should) have whois info, but it shouldn't be mandated from the collective.
