What is everyones thoughts on making voting behind an opennic only domain? 
While that wouldn't prevent fraud, per se... It would at least make sure 
those voting are using us?  I guess they could be using a proxy or use 
/etc/hosts... I dunno, I just wanna know your thoughts even though I've 
started to talk myself out of it before I even sent the mail :P
