okay, i'll see if i can register on the website.

before i cast my vote, who would be in charge of administrating the
.pirate tld, how many servers would be responsible for that tld, would
there be a backup authoritative name server in case of attack, would
there be any DDOS-resistance measures taken? (this is a .pirate tld,
afterall.)

also, before i register, and potentially cast my vote, what are the
rules to registration, what qualifies someone for a name, and would this
tld endanger the rest of opennic?
