Actually, CISPA and ACTA are unrelated, but CISPA is even worse,
allowing corporations to snitch on their own customers, and giving
them perfect immunity under the umbrella of "national security" ACTA also abridged privacy and free speech, but did so in a different way. TPP is worse than ACTA, but is essentially the same thing. Privacy and human right molesting legislation. On 5/4/2012 11:37 AM, Maximi89 wrote: 2012/5/4 subhuman <discipline AT gmx.net>
According to EU Commissioner Nellie Kroes ACTA is no longer being pursued by the European Union - which effectively means that at least this one attempt to introduce censorship into the internet is dead. http://www.tagesschau.de/ausland/acta204.html (in german only) Now it's called CISPA... and in Chile it's called TPP... http://www.derechosdigitales.org/tpp-sopa-en-chile/ Volk ist Opium für eine Religion. -------- You are a member of the OpenNIC Discuss list.
