The other thing too is, unless you are already of a higher than average
technical level, you wont know what DNS is, what it does nor to go
looking for alternatives like OpenNIC.

So another way of looking at it is, appeal more to those already in
the know, ie: ISPs and their admins, rather than end users. Certainly
keep spreading the word to end users, but it's the admins who know
about it, would care, and would be looking to set up a Tier2 or
interested in forwarding their network DNS queries to a Tier2.

End users may not even care about it as deeply as our community does,
as long as their internet connection "just works".

So my next article will instead be focusing on the ideals and
practical uses of OpenNIC from a network admin point of view, rather
than trying to convert more end users.
