I undertook some DNS gymnastics and freed up an IPv4 address for use
with recursive name service:

50.116.23.211 refers to the same server as ns10.tx.us.dns.opennic.glue
(2600:3c00::20:b1ff) and has been added to the list in the wiki (as
ns19.tx.us.dns.opennic.glue). Both addresses pass the automated test:

<http://www.opennicproject.org/t2log/t2.php?ip_addr=2600%3A3c00%3A%3A20%3Ab1ff&mode=0>
<http://www.opennicproject.org/t2log/t2.php?ip_addr=50.116.23.211&mode=0>

and otherwise appear to respond to queries. Access via IPv6 is still
preferred, and we'll see what happens if and when the bots notice the
v4 address, but feel free to start using it.
