Hi there,

I have a server on the Host Virtual cloud platform that I'd like to offer as 
a OpenNIC Tier 2 server.  I followed the Tier 2 configuration guide and have 
set up the Perl script to scrub the logs every 10 mins (will probably 
increase that to once per hour).  Details below.  Please let me know if it 
can be added to the Tier 2 server list :)
