It seems that we do need to declare a copyright on the main site, for
reasons stated in the 'The Website URL' thread and as the content of
the website reflects that of the wiki, I have applied the same
CC-BY-SA with logo to the main site as advised by Brian yesterday.

To help people contact OpenNIC more easily and quickly, I have added a
'Contact Us' page to the main website, which contains information
about our I.R.C. channel and mailing list. Then all queries can be
addressed rapidly and people wanting to seek further information
regarding the use of content on the site can see at a glance how to
contact us.

If there is an e-mail address that would suit this page I can add that
too. I see on the wiki that there is the address
support AT opennicproject.org should I use that?

I hope this is agreeable, I can of course remove the page if people
feel it is not needed.
