Yeah it appears to be resolving again.  The .org website is configured to resolve from ns1.geek.id.au and ns2.geek.id.au, whereas the .com website can also be resolved from our NS0 server.  We need to get NS0 added to the resolvers for the .org site so it is not reliant on servers from a single location.  That is why the .com site was still working earlier.

I'm seeing both just fine, both from home and via my proxy in a
different part of the country.

If I remember correctly they both use the same resolver though, Wally
( http://opennicproject.org.uk/ ).
