Might I politely suggest the scope be expanded to include these things?  
I don't see much use in a voting WG that doesn't do much until things go 
wrong.  The link definitely identifies my primary concern -- there seems 
to be a general lack of documentation on voting.  Unless I'm missing 
something.  I would, of course, be happy to help.
