heya--

I've got a resource at a government run security department willing to
work with me on this DDOS issues we are having at OpenNIC.

The goal here is to research the patterns and hopefully start warning
other people in a unified way when an attack "breaks-out"

I need some T2 operators to work with me on this who are currently being
abused. Email me privately for info.
