Sorry for all the wiki issues. I've been working hard on-box to try
and narrow down what the cause has been.

I found that we had some issues with the closest server stuff on the
main page. Brian and Jeff kindly looked into this and have solved that
part.

I've also done some tweaks to php-fpm and assoicated stuff. I think it
should be stable now.

If you do get any issues, please do some troubleshooting and email me
privately. I can never replicate this on my end, always loads fine.
