Checking the reports this morning, it looks like some bad zone files may 
have gone out from multiple servers this morning.  Currently the 
dns.opennic.glue zone seems to be the only one still causing problems.  
A newer zone was sent out, but it takes time for every server to 
recognize the update.  There is a 12-hour refresh set for this zone, so 
ideally all servers should be grabbing the new file within the next 4 hours.

FYI - the bad serial is 2013070134.  If you have this serial and you dig 
the dns zone, you will only get 4 NS entries returned.
