The twitter feed https://twitter.com/OpenNIC mentions a report of ad
hijacking. Testing for NXDOMAIN from known servers isn't likely to find
redirects. Can someone elaborate on the report and what further steps
might help to mitigate and detect it?

If someone has a script to check, and if anything malicious is found to
report it, I have a few places I can run it.
