It's just occured to me that despite someone (I think Brian) sending this
proposed new T.L.D. conversation over to the discus list where it belongs,
it's come back to the op's list. Maybe I replied to the wrong message...

So here are my thoughts on the 'charter' for the proposed new T.L.D. .ibu

Is this point ok with OpenNIC? It is mainly an English speaking
network with English only mailing lists (and I.R.C?)

I have mixed feeling on it myself.

What exactly does this mean? Given that all OpenNIC T.L.D's are public.

Why? That sounds a little dictatorial, who decides what is 'fair content?

This doesn't seem to be relevant to a charter, more simply a service
that is offered.

It says on the main OpenNIC website that the registrations page should
be at opennic.TLD
http://www.opennicproject.org/opennic-policies/creating-a-tld/

Interesting idea! :-)

Again, is this a relevant part of a charter?

Will the OpenNIC membership notified about such changes as well as
.ibu domain owners?

I would personally be happier if the charter was in 'good English'
i.e. translated properly so we can evaluate it better.

These are my thoughts and questions, please, anyone feel free to
comment on them should you wish.
