My connection has been having serious problems for the last three days 
and the phone company doesn't seem to comprehend "packet corruption".  
Using my IP as a dns resolver is virtually useless right now, so I am 
going to shut off my DNS service until they are able to fix the line 
problems.  Please stop using this IP address until the issues have been 
resolved.
