Hey All!

OpenNIC has currently 6000USD in our kitty. We've spent what we can so 
far out of it which is 2 VPSes and a node-blanacer for our LB work. We 
have also bought SSL certs out of this kitty with two left to purchase.

So lets start a discussion on how OpenNIC can best use these funds?

I'm thinking one idea is to run some T2 DNS servers which are run by the 
OpenNIC Admin team in various location around the globe.

One thing we have to be aware of is recurring costs.
