Hello there,
I'm new here. Sorry if I did anything wrong!
I have a (perhaps dumb) newbie question. Sorry again, but, what does one need
to create and mantain a whole TLD? Does one need any complex hardware, lika
an always-on kind of server?
How does the below-second-level domain structure (e.g. .co.uk) work? Is it
just a simple subdomain?
