The members page had some issues which are partially fixed now.  There is no SSL cert yet for https://members.opennicproject.org however the existing cert does work for https://opennicproject.org/members/ (which both actually point to the same directory).

If you go to the non-encrypted page http://members.opennicproject.org it will automatically redirect you to https://opennicproject.org/members/
