It looks like IN-Berlin is very quick with some customers.
I am sorry it wasn't as scheduled on 2016-01-01, the talks were
rather unplanned and sudden decisions had to be taken.
If someone is looking for (dns) hosting in Berlin, I can recommend
(in-berlin.de), they are very friendly and open in that regard (but
require snail mail or scanned contracts for servers, no option on the
website yet.
