Sorry, it occurs to me that since I haven't dealt with dns attacks for awhile, I forgot one of the basic principles... 77.50.* is actually the target of the attack, but on my end it appears to be coming from them due to IP spoofing. Unfortunately the result is the same -- I still have to block their IP range in order to stop the attack from flooding my own network.
