Back in the day one could pull down the OpenNIC main page with wget and extract the nearest DNS server addresses.  Now it seems that _javascript_ is required to get the addresses, which rules out wget and lynx as methods to get the information.

I am requesting a method of getting the nearest DNS servers that is suitable for use in a non-graphical environment.
