Back in the day one could pull down the OpenNIC main page with wget and
extract the nearest DNS server addresses. Now it seems that JavaScript is
required to get the addresses, which rules out wget and lynx as methods to
get the information.

I am requesting a method of getting the nearest DNS servers that is suitable
for use in a non-graphical environment.
