The "Creating a TLD" is not saying anything about our policy.
Only the charter page is telling you the charter for vote.
The issue is, that there is a "voting window" of 7 days and a "active voting
period" of not less than 48 hours named.

That's not completely clear to everyone.
It means, that within the voting window of 7 days will be continued to
discuss, the active voting has to start at least 48 Hours before the end time.
Unless that is the case, the vote is not valid.
