This was also mentioned on IRC yesterday.  I sent an email to the admin mentioning this, have not yet receive a reply.

That's quite a blacklist. Although there's nothing
wrong with the admin doing that, I think it should
be marked as "heavily censured" or something like
that.

Hi,

I noticed when clicking on the entry for
ns1.ny.us.opennic.glue:

https://servers.opennic.org/edit.php?srv=ns1.ny.us.dns.opennic.glue

it says the following:

"Including adblock by http://pgl.yoyo.org"

Shouldn't this qualify for a blacklist flag? This is
worrying as adblockers should be done on the client side
as an incorrectly configured or outdated adblocker list
often break sites (including sites which might tell
ns1.ny.us users to disable a nonexistent adblocker).

Also, pgl.yoyo.org seems to have a very large blacklist
of entire domains and subdomains, including those
specific to major Web sites like Bloomberg, The
Telegraph, Fox News, and others, and they all end in ^

See here for a plaintext version of the list:

http://pgl.yoyo.org/adservers/serverlist.php?hostformat=&showintro=1&startdate%5Bday%5D=&startdate%5Bmonth%5D=&startdate%5Byear%5D=&mimetype=plaintext

Shouldn't this qualify for a blacklist flag, or at least
some kind of warning that sites may fail to load properly
or completely when using ns1.ny.us?
