A note, Piwik has changed its name to Matomo, so it will be referenced as such in this thread and the future. None of the actual product or technical arguments have changed from our original discussion, so this vote will proceed regardless of the change. If this vote passes, Matomo analytics will be implemented on the homepage and wiki as soon as possible. It will likely also be implemented on the servers listing page, but that has not been confirmed with the operator of the list. A YES vote indicates your approval to implement it on all three services. 

Matomo will be hosted on OpenNIC’s AWS account, operated by Fusl. The AWS service also currently hosts the new wiki, as an example of its past performance. 

This vote ends on February 1st, 2018, at 18:00 UTC. The vote does not guarantee any timeframe for implementation upon passing.
