In theory we don’t allow it, in practice it’s unmonitored.

Stricter policies regarding stuff like that is one of those things that would
be a benefit from taking this project more seriously, implementing more
policies, and just generally making OpenNIC a more legitimate
organization/competitor to ICANN. That’s what I’m strongly in favor for at
least, in regards to my opinion for OpenNIC’s direction.
