    Just to confirm, you DO understand .o domains use an alternate DNS
    system, and that you need to change the DNS servers on your computer
    to reach these domains?
    
    You mentioned 'customers'...  Did you happen to register a domain
    through Epik?  OpenNIC has no affiliation with them, and domains
    registered under .o for either organization will require users to
    modify their computer in some manner in order to reach them.  That's
    one of the reasons why we don't try to sell our domains.
