I'm not aware of comercially available certificates for opennic (and 
associated) tlds. There was the wish in the past, to offer certificates 
from *some* ca (not necessarily in the default root-bundle of every 
operating system and browser) for those tlds. At this time, I took a look 
at/into boulder (that's what letsencrypt uses) for getting something 
automated up and running, but to me, it looked like a beast and I ended up 
investing my time in other projects (and using a really crude ssh-based ca 
for my certificates for private use only) - sry.
