It's a toss-up. Obviously I haven't been paying much attention to the mailing list, but I do try to keep the TLDs running. I manage the DNS and registrar portions (on be.libre) of .pirate, but that's it. If reg.pirate is down we can always point that domain to the same server as be.libre. Is there something else broken that needs attention?
