I check the bind9 server config file. I setup my opennic Tier2 server by
following the provided steps on https://wiki.opennic.org/opennic/srvzone
File location: /etc/bind/named.conf.opennic
#
# OpenNIC zone config - file created by -

#
zone "chan" in {
type slave;
file "/etc/bind/opennic/slave/chan.zone";
notify no;
masters {
188.230.215.50; # ns14.opennic.glue
2a01:261:e80:4800::1; # ns14.opennic.glue

};
};
