I'm going to start a formal vote to discontinue peering with 
NewNations.  Since the mailing list has been pretty quiet, lets leave 
this open through February 28th to give everyone a chance to see the vote.

The most recent update to their zone files was in April 2023.
This peer controls domains under the following TLDS: ti, uu, te, ku, rm, ko

A vote of YES indicates you support dropping the peering and TLDs from 
NewNations.
A vote of NO indicates you would like to continue peering with 
NewNations (note that someone would then need to reach out and find out 
if this group even still exists).
