Just point your servers DNS address at an opennic DNS IP. I do this with my mailcow server.

you want to run a mailserver, that accepts e-mails of a domain from the
OpenNIC universe?

if you think, you would get less SPAM, you won't get any emails ;-)

because no email server outside the OpenNIC universe knows how to post
such emails ...
