I don't have an MX setup on opennic anymore.  Sorry. I only have it to email out if needed and I haven't needed to in a long long time.  I'm sure someone else can chime in with one.

no one with GMX, GMail, Hotmail, Outlook.com, ... can send you an e-mail ...

you want to run a mailserver, that accepts e-mails of a domain from the
OpenNIC universe?

if you think, you would get less SPAM, you won't get any emails ;-)

because no email server outside the OpenNIC universe knows how to post
such emails ...
