You would want to run a T2. A T1 is for TLD operators. :)

The traffic limit is fine. I usually use around 30-80 GB of data on DNS
depending on the attacks I see.

OpenNIC zones are not signed yet. I believe we are still working on this.

You can submit your IPs on the wiki and they are automatically gathered
from that source!
