Free, yes!  But OpenNIC has never been about censorship or the Google
ideal of "protector of the realm."  In fact, the early days of OpenNIC
was all about offering an alternative to the draconian policies that
would eventually render ICANN a privately-held monopoly, answerable
to no one.
