The IPv6 link is enough for anonymous DNS resolution. Then normal TOR can be
used to open a TCP socket to the host one just resolved.

The IPv6 address can be anything the AAAA record says, clearnet or not. If
it's in clear net (i.e. normal IPv6 address), TOR can route the TCP socket
through an exit node. If it's in Onioncat address space, an exit node won't
be necessary.
