Hi,

Are you (Alejandro) saying that you and your friends have setup a new 'alt 
root' and are requesting OpenNIC peer with you or are you trying to push 
through OpenNIC a new TLD without asking the community, i.e. ignoring the way 
OpenNIC operates?
