Maybe, but as far as I know, it hasn't been approved and that is important. Nor has it had any debate on the mailing list. Again I suggest re-proposing the T.L.D. in isolation of the justification you speak of, then debate, not lack of information and debate can steer our course.

So I would suggest that your next move would be to persue that approval, (by re-proposing) not simply announcing the details and asking the T2 ops to slave your zone.

It also needs entering into the OpenNIC root first. Maybe the root maintainers could step in at this point and give guidance...
