I'd be very surprised if hijacking DNS was allowed within our charter.
Whether it is or not, that you think this is OK is justification for me to
cast a negative vote for the TLD for the time being.
I'd also appreciate if your proposition included a charter that made this
clear. I'm not sure what "proto" means in your language, but in mine it is
associated with something unfinished.
If that's the case, will you post the full, proposed charter?
