Your vote isn't relevant at this time.

The process for a proposal getting approved, in condensed form, is:

1.) Proposal Sumbission
2.) Discussion Period (no less than 7 days)
3.) Voting period (starting no more than 7 after the proposal
submission, and ending no less than 48 hours after that.)

What happened was:
1.) Proposal Submission on November 15, 2013:
https://lists.opennicproject.org/arc/discuss/2013-11/msg00015.html ,
https://lists.opennicproject.org/arc/discuss/2013-11/msg00016.html
2.) No discussion until January 7, 2014:
https://lists.opennicproject.org/arc/dns-operations/2014-01/msg00033.html
3.) No motion to vote, and no votes in favor or against (in typical
rules of order Alejandro Bonet's proposal does not constitute a vote
in favor unless at least one other person agrees.)

During the discussion starting January 7 onwards a lot of concerns
have been raised, and we still don't have a published charter that
addresses them. I'm choosing not to count the several [portions of]
versions of the charter Alejandro Bonet has sent thus far. I think (?)
I can speak for other people in saying we want to see a static version
published that not only Alejandro Bonet understands, but that we can
too. This may mean a translator needs to be used. It doesn't have to
be a lawyer that speaks every language on the planet, just some
friendly bilingual person with a better grasp on English that whomever
translated what we have so far.

I will not vote yes on any new proposal until:
1.) Alejandro Bonet and other operators of the proposed TLD can
demonstrate comprehension of OpenNIC policies on nameserver and TLD
operation and why they exist- including the spirit of those policies,
2.) a charter is made available in a static format- such as a web page
or mailing list post- which has been signed by each person who is to
be involved with the TLD operations, and
3.) a decent translation of the charter has been made available in a
static format.
