Not the first time the U.S. feds have seized a domain. I would
imagine the "in" the feds have on all this is that ICANN is
essentially an arm of the U.S. gov't (Dept. of Commerce).

At any rate, this isn't censorship. This is an authoritarian
police-state-like gov't exercising their powers. Not much that can be
done there.

Yet another reason why OpenNIC is in dire need of a non-profit
structure: There should be no reason for any OpenNIC nameserver
operator to have to deal directly with the feds. Got a request to
delete a domain? Send it to the office and we'll take a look at it.
